Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

• To claim a refund, please provide the original invoice and notify us within 3 days of purchase.

• The refund process may take up to one week to be processed.

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

• Sale/promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

• Made to Measure/Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable once invoiced.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund. • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during the return shipping process.
